Life Adventure Center works to build resilience in participants through an intentional, trauma informed approach to outdoor adventure and debriefing process. These adventures include challenge course elements, equine assisted learning, ziplining, mindfulness, labyrinth walking, canoe, environmental education and more on our beautiful 575 acre campus in Central Kentucky. We offer everything from day programs and week long retreats. We love partnering with other nonprofits to collaborate!
