On the April 2 Let’s Talk Equity Call, we’ll explore the everyday actions help organizations become valued and trusted partners and create supportive workplaces. We will reflect on how nonprofits can be good partners to other organizations and agencies, good employers and managers to their staff, and good colleagues to one another. Through thoughtful discussion and shared examples, the session will highlight practical ways to build respectful, collaborative, and values-driven relationships that strengthen workplace culture and community impact.
